subport and dependency

There are additional problems with the port. The stub port (py-gdal) won't work because the patch (which should be post-patch) and destroot blocks aren't also inside the if $subport != $name block like they need to be. Also, the directory names you're constructing in the post-destroot block that are based on ${name} need to be based on ${subport} instead.
