I would also suggest reinstalling Xcode 4.3 over itself (especially if you
actually ran the xcode deinstallation shell script before installing Xcode 4.3).
Recently the latter has been very problematic (with Xcode not always installing
all of its files over a deinstalled Xcode (on the first try).
