We don't really want to add distfiles to our Subversion repository anymore. If this distfile is really not available for download anywhere else on the Internet, send admin (at) macosforge.org a note so the file can be manually added to distfiles.macports.org. (However, if the file is not available for download anywhere, where did you get it?)
