llvm-3.2 and eero

I want to eventually make clang and dragonegg into subports of llvm.  Perhaps eero should be a subport as well.

How frequently is he going to tag release candidates?  I'd be fine with updating llvm-3.2 along with the eero schedule if it's near-monthly.
