Sources are available at
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/macports/files/MacPorts/2.1.2/> and
should be in the official location soon. So if someone with a Developer
ID can build and sign a 10.8 pkg as per the revised
base/portmgr/ReleaseProcess that would be great.
