Really slow distfiles.macports.org

Here I got 4 K/sec download and openssl was so slow I manually downloaded it 
from openssl.org:

--->  Fetching py27-distribute
--->  distribute-0.6.25.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in 
/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/py-distribute
--->  Attempting to fetch distribute-0.6.25.tar.gz from
