Yeah, we had this license listed under a few different names before, so
I changed them all to 'NCSA' a while back. It's a good idea to stay
consistent about what name we're using to refer to a particular
license.

It's also listed as 'NCSA' in the distributable-licenses list, so we
should stick to that.
