registry db issue

I don't know what happened to my registry.db, but it thinks a file
exists when it really doesn't.  I just updated to the newest 'base'
(from the trunk), and at the end of installing I get:

"/opt/local/var/macports/software/py27-pyqt4/" does not exist.  Anyone
know how do I deal with this?  Thanks! - MLD
