atlas maintainership

You've been making a lot of changes to atlas, which is maintained by
jameskyle. If you're running them by James privately, that's fine. If,
however, you're not running them by him at all, something needs to change.

Given that you've been the one maintaining the port lately, you should
probably be listed as co-maintainer. Ask James if this is OK.

If he doesn't respond at all, then you can follow the port abandoned
procedure documented in the Guide and take over as maintainer.
