Valid certificate for MacPorts subversion server?

I have tried that too. 
If I call svn manually that works fine. 
But when I call a macports command it fails still

Because I have already 'permanently' accepted the certificate
 it doesn't show up again.
Do you know where I can see/reset these permissions?
