gearmand package too much outdated

According to the gearmand web site, the stable branch is 1.0. Version 0.39 is the latest release from the 1.0 branch so I'll update the port to that version.

The development branch is 1.2. Version 1.1.1 is the latest release from the 1.2 branch. If you require this version, then we should create a new gearmand-devel port for it.
