Default Query Fields

It seems some values on the query page have changed. In the past, the default action was "contains" while now it is "is".

When performing a search, I left "summary" untouched since I was instead searching by "port", and Trac hid all the tickets from me--because nothing has "summary is [empty]"! :-)

Can "is" be switched back to "contains" by default, at least for port and summary fields?
