buildbot: ./configure: line 27: /dev/null: Permission denied

I built git-core @89635 on OS X 10.6, MacPorts trunk, configure.compiler=gcc.

Went phase-by-hase, but /dev/null didn't go poof under sudo.

Am I missing a step to recreate this?
