No kdepim4 include files (.h)

The variant is called "docs" not "doc":

$ port variants kdepimlibs4
kdepimlibs4 has the variants:
   debug: Enable debug binaries
   docs: Build documentation
   universal: Build for multiple architectures

From what I can observe, the +docs variant causes the kdepimlibs4 port to install the following additional files:
