Building openmpi with gcc + dragonegg

I don't think base currently supports choosing which version of gcc is used when selecting the dragonegg compilers.  Support for that will need to be added to trunk/base, and you'll need to wait until that is in a release (+2 weeks) to make use of it.  Something like this could probably be brought into 2.2.x, so you don't need to wait for 2.3.

Take a look at portconfigure.tcl
