   Can someone please commit the packaging for pymol 1.6.0 on the ticket at...

This packaging solves a number of issues including...

1) points svn at the new svn location
2) updates the packaging to pymol 1.6.0 which eliminates the regressions in graphics performance on some cards
introduced in the 1.5.x releases
3) adjusts apbs-psize.patch, pmg_tk_platform.patch and setup_py.diff for pymol 1.6.0
4) adjusts pymol_shell.diff to eliminate flicker on radeon cards
5) adds a pymol-clang.diff to eliminate many clang warnings (in particular missed initializations).

We also need to commit the FreeBSD fix for tkinter usage in blt from the ticket at...

in order to avoid crashes in the apbstools plugin of pymol when the "Choose Externally Generated PQR" 
button is clicked under tcl/tk 8.6.
