MythTV-core.27 setup on 10.9

Hi Graig,

I successfully installed MythTV on my 10.9 last night.

Looking at the wiki hinted out in the port’s notes I notice that the described initial MySQL setup fails for me already at
---
sudo -u _mysql mysql_install_db5
—
since there is no user _mysql on my system.

Would be great if you could describe how and with which permissions you set this user up in your case.
