Where to include port version in 'port pkg' output?

I approve of that, since we already use underscore to separate version from revision; makes sense to then also use underscore to separate epoch from version.

It seems unfortunate to make the epoch user-visible at all, since a handful of ports have large unsightly epochs. :/
