I botched a checkin (bibtex2html) but am not sure why / how to fix

I don't think you did anything wrong. The commit is fine and only
touches the bibtex2html Portfile.

This must only be your local PortIndex that is corrupt. I just checked
the one on rsync and it looks correct.

While PortIndex is initially synced over rsync, it is updated locally
afterwards. You are right that there is an automatic job running on the
server for this initial version.
