Does that mean rev-upgrade will now fetch and/or rebuild to the archive
before deactivating the old port? That's something I wanted to do for
quite a while, because previously rebuilds that failed caused the port
in question to be missing afterwards, which is kind of counter-intuitive
from a user's POV.
