New patches for ticket #31852 need review

Hey macports-dev,

this is my first post to this list. Eleven days ago I posted to updated patches to a long open feature enhancement ticket for fontforge (adding python support through two variants; Ticket #31852). There had not been any response since a year. jmr had been giving some advices to the already posted patches which I have now updated and commented on. And since there seems to be no maintainer for fontforge, I just wanted to ping this list.
