filesystem violation warnings

Hi,

I am working on a new port submission

that is giving me the warnings

--->  Staging xrootd into destroot
Warning: violation by /opt/local/man
Warning: xrootd violates the layout of the ports-filesystems!
Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it will be an error in future releases!

Unfortunately the above doesn't really tell me exactly whats wrong, or how to fix it. Any pointers ?
