filesystem violation warnings

Thanks. I tried adding

 -DCMAKE_INSTALL_MANDIR="${prefix}/share/man"

to the configure options, but it does not help. Is there anyway I can get more info on exactly what is causing the warning above, as as it is it is pretty vague…
