Removal of pgRouting port

Folks,

The pgRouting port is currently disabled and will remain so in a foreseeable future: last release is October 2010, incompatible with PostGIS 2/PostgreSQL 9, depends on an obsolete version of Boost, is buggy and, worst of all, the development ceased. The code should be merged with PostGIS in a future but unspecified release.

I therefore think we should remove the port.
