drill/ldns/ldns-tools: Maintainer Timeout

I haven't found any documentation on subports, happy to update the package
to make use of that if someone can point me in the right direction.  My
only interaction with subports is for python packages, and it seems like
the python PortGroup deals with most of the voodoo there.
