We have ports for lua (version 5.2.x) and lua50, but they conflict.

Lua versions are not fully backwards-compatible. We have tickets to that effect.

I would like to have ports for lua50, lua51 and lua52, non-conflicting. (Specifically right now I need a port for lua 5.1.x.) Is anybody already working on this? Or does anyone have any suggestions?

What about the lua module ports? Do we need to split those by version also, like we do for php and python?
