Do you? I don’t remember. 10.4 PPC contained PPC code only, but 10.4 Intel and 10.5 on both platforms contained both Intel and PPC code.
I guess there aren’t many people migrating from PPC Macs anymore these days anyway. I thought if we could easily detect arch changes that would be good too, but Rainer’s right that the install could have originated from our universal installer package. Of course, the installer package could record the actual arch somewhere in the postflight script.
