I'm not a Macports specialist, neither a perl or a CPAN one. My Portfile was first generated with cpan2port, tested, adapted (added sha256 sig, minimizing the diffs), tested again and then I sent the diff to Macports. In the meta file at CPAN (http://search.cpan.org/src/RJBS/Email-MIME-ContentType-1.017/META.json), Capture::Tiny is a dependency for "test". 

p5-email-mime-contenttype (#43151: p5-email-mime-contenttype @1.015 update to 1.017, r119120) has the same dependency.
