meld: maintainer timeout

Hey,

Sorry about the delay! I've applied your changes in r117217. If you (or anyone else) would like to take over maintainership, I'd be happy to sign it over; I haven't used meld in many, many years.

The port is also marked as 'openmaintainer', so it's OK for anyone to commit an update at any time; no timeout required.
