Any reason for py-keyring hanging at version 0.6.2?

I created my own portfile in a local repo, to test it out. And as far
as I can see, it works.

I had to delete quit a bit of stuff in the portfile taken from version
0.6.2 of py-keyring, but this far it works...

I just installed it via py27-keyring, I have not tested it with other
python versions. The 0.6.2-version had a "broken with 3.1 and 3.2"
comment, I can't test if it works with these versions.

Could someone maybe have a look and update the portfile?
