trac issue?

Well,
looked like a temporary problem yesterday and I cannot exclude local network problems. However, I observed significantly increased response times with respect to other sites.

Now, again I am not able to submit a comment to a ticket and http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/trac.macports.org/ seems to confirm this.
