Unfortunately the problem isn't fixed. I think that might be because the home directory of the buildbot user isn't actually what the $HOME variable is set to while the script runs. Can you please run
  $> sudo -u buildbot env HOME=/buildbot/ports-slave svn info https://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/
and then verify the existence of /buildbot/ports-slave/.subversion/auth (which should be a directory)?
