This increases the library version from 3 to 4 so you must increase the revision of all the ports that use leptonica to rebuild them.

For example:

$ jbig2
dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/liblept.3.dylib
  Referenced from: /opt/local/bin/jbig2
  Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap: 5

Fortunately there are only two of them, jbig2enc and tesseract.
