macports or meld issue?

And ever since Apple changed the Mac OS Forge network in March, distfiles.macports.org has not been responding to pings, therefore MacPorts will always prefer a different mirror instead of it.

Also, for a time after the network changes, distfiles.macports.org was not mirroring anything. And since the other mirrors mirror from distfiles.macports.org, that meant they didn’t have new versions of distfiles either.

That problem has since been fixed, but distfiles that were not mirrored during that time won’t get retried unless someone commits a change to that port (or a port that depends on it).
