Thanks for qt4-mac 4.6 !!!

You're welcome, Marko. I do what I can in the time I can make available.
I hope that the 4.8.6 upgrade is relatively smooth. After struggling
with +cxx11 using libc++ for a few days on 10.9 (creating patch after
patch after patch), I gave up -- as evidenced by the pre-fetch error in
that variant. I know that Qt5 provides full support for libc++, and
looking through the Qt5 code it is clear that back-porting will take
more time/effort than I have. That, and I'd prefer to spend such time on
other more used ports.

Given the ticket's info that you provided (Qt4 commit
f44310c25b372f494586dbb5b305f7e81ca63000), it will definitely be fixed
in the Qt 4.8.6 release since the ticket's commit is dated "December 3,
2013 7:36:02 AM EST" while the 4.8.6 release (commit
136ab6592f8034e3954fb8842ed6e2f40cee2b86) is dated "April 16, 2014
10:53:57 AM EDT".
