I'm by no means an expert, but I see that a number of ports move or 
copy stuff under /Library in their destroot phase.  Eg FScript, 
Growl, MenuMeters.  Note that you'll have to set 
'destroot.violate_mtree  yes'.

Seems straightforward enough?
