I like that with Database Browser for SQLite I can view the table schema from the query editor. There is also a menu for loading extensions, MacPorts registry uses share/macports/sqlite/macports.sqlext. I cannot remember how I loaded extensions with sqlitedbrowser, probably the query editor. The GUI is the best I have found so far, clean and intuitive.
