Revbumping when removing a dependency?

My inclination has been to not revbump in this case. I'm assuming that for new installations, MacPorts uses the dependencies recorded in the current portfile, not the portfile saved in the binary archive, so new installations would benefit from not having the unneeded dependency. For existing installations, it'll sort itself out at the next update.
