Revbumping when removing a dependency?

Eh... technically yes, but the inconvenience of the rebuild may outweigh
that of the incorrect dependency relationship being in the registry;
i.e. not being able to uninstall what may now be a leaf without forcing.
(Assuming the port contents are not changing at all, of course.)
