They seem to suggest that you think MacPorts does not display notes prominently enough, and are trying to make them more prominent. But if that's the case, then that's something that needs to be solved once in MacPorts base, not separately and differently in each port that uses notes.

I copied mine from OpenMPI, not knowing one way or the other what the expectation was.  No problems; I'll fix the art. - MLD
