[MacPorts] #33179: xymon and xymon-server disagree about whether clientlaunch.cfg should be registered to the port or not

Because according to port info, it was replaced by xymon-client. 

$ port info xymon
xymon @4.3.7_3 (net)
Replaced by:          xymon-client
