Where are our mirror scripts defined?

I'm assuming that's
  http://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/base/portmgr/jobs/portfile_mirror.pl.

A few obvious problems I see:
 - no subport support
 - no platform emulation
 - email settings need to be checked, nomaintainer and openmaintainer
   filtering needs to be adjusted
 - $EXCLUSIONS is missing at least one port specified in mirror_macports.sh.
   Maybe we should have a common definition file for those.

I guess the reason why it doesn't currently work is none of the above, though.
