Buildbot buildports-lion-x86_64 stalled for over 12 hours

I think it was mapnik where it stalled last time too. 

mapnik seems to need C++11 now so I should probably add a block to the port to exit early if the cxxstdlib is not libc++. I wish we had a standard way (directive or portgroup) to indicate that.
