New Maintainer

Hello,

I just recently became the maintainer for the Notmuch port. I was unable
to find any information on the website about what my role entails. It
appears that I do not have permission to commit patches to the port. Can
I at least take ownership of tickets? Is there a page that describes the
role of a maintainer?
