If you built that qt5-mac-devel port without "sudo port" but only "port" you'll
loose your progress and log files. Other than that, rm -rf ~/.macports is
harmless. All state is kept in this directory, so deleting it will make MacPorts
think the build has never been started in the first place.
So yes: Just rm -rf it.
