This is not the only such example. My (outdated) tree shows other examples like:

p5-file-countlines/Portfile:perl5.setup         File-CountLines v0.0.3
p5-test-compile/Portfile:perl5.setup         Test-Compile v1.2.1
p5-time-mock/Portfile:perl5.setup         Time-Mock v0.0.2

(and the list is probably not complete).
