Support for Apache 1

Hi,

Are we still supporting Apache 1?

If yes, we should fix at least:
- apache
- mod_perl
- p5-libapreq
and maybe others (livecheck doesn't work, versions are outdated,
Apache 1.3.42 was released in 2010, mod_perl doesn't build at all,
...).

If not, we should delete at least all those port + possibly a few others.

I wanted to open a ticket, but I didn't know which action should be taken.
