Incorrect replaced_by field in some Ports

Hi,

I was working on setting up "obsoletes" information of the solv's for
libsolv dependency engine which requires us to read from the
replaced_by field of the port. This is when I came across some of the
ports having incorrect replaced_by fields.

Here is a list of ports that have non-existing/removed ports (probably
updated) in their replaced_by field:

I request the respective port maintainers to please update the
portfile with the updated replaced_by fields.
