Thanks a lot for noticing.

I'm aware that everything else written there is pretty much outdated,
but I fixed the URL links at least.

An alternative way to see the contents of the svn is via trac. Here's
an explicit link with the change for example (you can browse from
there):
    http://trac.macports.org/changeset/133526/
