QWT 6 and Qt5

If the source is Qt5 compatible, it is possible to provide a port. The usual approach is to provide a subport in the same Portfile because of the way MacPorts handles dependencies. QGis/Qt5 will require QWT/Qt5, and ports cannot depend on a specific variant.
